How I Came to Transform Executive Lives
I was 16 when my boyfriend told me he wanted to volunteer in Africa to feed starving children after school. I said no.
Not because I didn't care. Because I cared too much.
I told him I was going to university so I could influence the most powerful leaders on earth, those who could actually end famine and poverty in the first place. That was clarity.
Fast forward through four honours degrees in psychology and law. Winning the prize for academic excellence in Organisational Psychology. Becoming a tipstaff for the Honourable Virginia Bell of the Supreme Court (later the High Court of Australia). Lecturing in the Law Faculty at the University of Technology, Sydney. Litigating human rights cases in London.
Impressive on paper. But here's the truth.
I was never a passionate lawyer. I was always fascinated by something deeper, the psychology of leadership. Why brilliant leaders lead the way they do. Why they self-destruct at the exact moment they should be soaring.
That fascination changed everything.
In 2006, I became the first, and remain the only person who specialises in high-conflict workplace mediation in Australia, using a unique blend of psychology, leadership development, health, law, coaching, and spirituality.
During this time, I created a bespoke executive coaching program that guaranteed successful mediations through deep self-awareness and awakening into an entirely
new way of living and leading.
No one else was doing this. No one else is doing it now.
And then the calls started coming.
CPOs. CEOs. MDs. Boards in crisis. All of them reaching out about their imploding executives. Brilliant twenty-year veterans facing anonymous complaints, failed promotions, burnout, boardroom bullying, crises no one else could solve, aside me.
They'd tried everything. Executive coaches. HR interventions. Performance plans. Nothing worked.
Because no one was going deep enough.
Three decades on from that teenage declaration, I coach elite executives leading 40,000 staff. I diagnose their patterns in the first session. Life-changing results begin in the first week.
And in every single case? Their childhood patterns were running their boardroom challenges.
